Help "Meet the Need" for our friend Karin

It is with heavy hearts that we share that our dear friend Karin passed away last week.

Karin has been part of The Human Impact family for more than a decade. She and Brown were among the very first friends we helped move from the streets into housing, and what began there became years of friendship—through good seasons and incredibly difficult ones.

Our relationship with Karin is a beautiful example of what long-term friendship looks like. Our friendship began on the streets and now we have the privilege of helping cover Karin’s final arrangements and the cost of a memorial service where the people who knew and loved her can gather to celebrate her life.
